If you love corn, you are probably perfectly familiar with cereal and porridge from it. And this time I want to offer you such a wonderful corn soup! To add a little color, decorate it with herbs or rings of hot pepper.
Ingredients
- Corn (grains) – 350 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Chicken broth (or water) – 250 ml
- Milk - 350 ml
- Butter - 35 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter. Add the flour, stir and fry for another minute.
Pour in the broth and mix thoroughly again.
Bring the broth to a boil, add corn, spices and bay leaf. Cook everything together for 10-15 minutes until soft.
Remove the lavrushka and chop the soup with a blender. Pour in the milk, stir, bring to a boil again and boil for another 7 minutes.
