Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Apples - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 7 pieces
- Garlic - 200 g
- Vinegar - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Salt - 0.25 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the main ingredients through a meat grinder.
Mix, bring to a boil and boil for an hour on low heat.
Add vinegar, oil, sugar and salt, and boil the adjika for another 30 minutes.
Pour it into clean jars and roll it up.
