Ingredients
- Tangerines (cleared) – 400 g
- Sugar - 400 g
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the tangerines into slices, cover with sugar and leave for 4-5 hours.
Add water, bring to a boil and boil the slices for 2-3 minutes.
Put them in a sterile jar.
Add cinnamon to the syrup, bring it to a boil again and boil for about a third.
Pour the tangerine slices and roll up the jam.
