Who remembers Soviet products, he probably has not forgotten the taste of Hungarian lecho "Globus". Of course, you can still find your favorite snack now, but it's much easier to cook it yourself. According to this recipe, it turns out exactly the same as then.

Peel the tomatoes and put them through a meat grinder.

Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and chop.

Peel and slice the onion. Grate the carrots.

Fry the onion and carrot in oil for 2-3 minutes.

Mix the tomato mass with sugar and salt, boil for 15 minutes.

Add the fried vegetables, garlic and bell pepper passed through the press. Boil everything together for 20 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and place in sterilized jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it up with a warm blanket.
