Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the peeled pulp of oranges with a blender.
Add this pulp to the irga and cover everything with sugar.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Cook the jam for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Pour it into sterilized jars.
