Ingredients
- Pear (sadovaya) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and finely chop the pear.
Mix with sugar and citric acid. Leave it for a couple of hours.
Bring the workpiece to a boil.
Cook the jam for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Roll it up in sterilized jars for the winter.
