- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the black currant from dry tails, rinse and put it on a towel to dry.
Chop perfectly dry berries in a blender.
Add sugar and mix well.
Put the raw jam in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
