Ingredients
- String beans - 600 g
- Salt - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 4 bud
- Vinegar - 4 art.l.
- Allspice - 10 peas
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, rinse with cold water and put them in sterile jars.
Boil the water with all the spices and other ingredients, and pour the beans with marinade.
Sterilize the jars in a pot of boiling water for about 20 minutes and roll up.
