Ingredients
- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the red currants from the brushes, rinse and grind in a blender.
Wipe the resulting mass through a sieve.
Add sugar, salt, ground pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Fill the prepared jars with hot sauce, roll them up and wrap them with a blanket.
