Ingredients
- Nightshade (yellow) – 3 kg
- Sugar - 2.5 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nightshade berries into several pieces, cover with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring the mass to a boil and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add the finely chopped lemon and cook for another 10 minutes.
If desired, mix with a blender and bring to a boil again.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
