Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Pearl barley - 500 g
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Vinegar - 0.5 glasses
- Water - 500 ml
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 glasses
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables and rinse the pearl barley.
Add water, salt, sugar and butter to the tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, add the remaining vegetables and cereals, boil again and boil for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Roll the pearl soup into sterile jars.
