Those who often make blanks, sooner or later get tired of the usual classics. And it's understandable, because you always want something new. I share a good recipe for canned tomatoes with cherry plum – red or yellow, to your taste.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Cherry plum - 400 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1.5 l
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tomatoes and cherry plum, and put them in a sterile jar. Put garlic and spices to taste in the same place.
Pour boiling water over the workpiece and leave it under the lid for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, add vinegar, salt and sugar, bring to a boil again and pour over the tomatoes.
Roll up the blank.
