Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 600 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the gooseberries and put them in a sterilized jar.
Cover with sugar and pour boiling water. Leave under the lid for 7 minutes.
Drain the syrup, bring it to a boil again, pour in the berry and roll up the compote.
