Zucchini and zucchini thin plates are not only very useful, but also beautiful. They resemble green noodles and look great when served. I am saved by this recipe in the season of vegetables, when there is nowhere to put them!
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Water - 1 l
- Carnation - 3 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Allspice (polka dots) – 4 pieces
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 30 g
- Wine vinegar (white) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices.
Warm up the jars in any convenient way and arrange the vegetables in them. Add hot pepper to the same place.
Mix water with salt, sugar and spices, and bring to a boil.
Pour the wine vinegar into the jars, and immediately fill them with boiling marinade.
Sterilize the jars under the lids for about 10 minutes and roll up.
