You've probably heard about rose petal jam at least several times. You may even have been able to try it. And what if I say that it does not need to be searched for so long and difficult, but it is quite possible to cook it yourself?
Ingredients
- Rose Petals - 600 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort and rinse the petals. Let them dry.
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup until it completely dissolves.
Set the minimum heat and gradually add the petals in portions.
Cook the jam, stirring, for about an hour, and at the end add citric acid.
Roll the pink jam into sterile jars.
