Returning to the topic of hot sauces, I want to recommend you another wonderful recipe. This time the adjika is not too spicy, because it is made from pepper and tomatoes with apples. Serve it with dishes of meat, cheese, beans and potatoes.

Cut apples, Bulgarian and hot pepper, peel from seeds.

Peel the onion and garlic from the husk.

Mince tomatoes, garlic, carrots, onions, apples, Bulgarian and hot pepper.

Add sugar, salt and pepper mixture ground in a mortar. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

Pour in the vinegar, mix and close in the prepared jars.
