- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 120 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 140 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, peeled garlic, bell pepper and onion.
Pass the vegetables through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender.
Add butter, sugar, salt and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour in the spices, simmer for another 3-5 minutes, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from the heat.
Fill sterilized jars with hot ketchup, roll them up and turn them upside down.
