- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 400 g
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into halves, peel and peel the seeds.
Put the pieces of fruit in the prepared jars.
Pour boiling water to the top and leave under the lids for half an hour.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and bring to a boil again.
Pour boiling syrup over the fruit and roll it up.
