- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Star anise (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and cut the apples into cubes, pour in 150 ml of water and boil for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Put the apples through a meat grinder with chili and add all the spices.
Boil the sauce again for 20-30 minutes, pour in the vinegar and roll it into sterile jars.
