Ingredients
- Currant (yellow) – 2 kg
- Sugar - 1,2 kg
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the currant berries from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.
Boil water, add currants and boil for 1 minute.
Put the berries in a colander, and then rub through a sieve.
Mix the resulting mass with sugar and leave for 40-60 minutes.
Simmer for 5 minutes, put in jars and roll up.
