Ingredients

  • Pear - 1.3 kg
  • Sugar - 12 art.l.
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Water - 3-4 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel and finely chop the pears.

Add sugar and water, stir and boil for 1.5-2 hours on low heat, stirring.

Add lemon zest and finely chopped pulp.

Boil for another 10 minutes and roll the jam into sterile jars.
