Put the pears in a sterile jar and pour boiling water over them.
Cover with a lid, leave for 10 minutes and drain.
Boil it again, pour the pears again and leave for 10 minutes under the lid and drain again.
Boil the water one last time and add honey.
Pour citric acid into the jar, pour honey syrup over the pears and roll them up.
