In this recipe, I use bell peppers, tomatoes and eggplants to create a bright, fragrant and delicious dish for the winter. Step-by-step cooking recipe

Randomly chop all the vegetables.

Add butter, sugar, salt and spices.

Bring the lecho to a boil and simmer for an hour on low heat.

Add vinegar and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
