- Strawberries - 1 kg
- Water - 12 art.l.
- Sugar - 500 g
- Agar-agar - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the agar with warm water and mix.
Wash and peel the strawberries, remove the leaves and randomly slice the berries.
Boil water with agar for 5 minutes, stirring.
Mix strawberries with sugar. Warm up a little, pour in the agar-agar and mix.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for a couple of minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
