Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the melon pulp through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add citric acid and boil for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Fill the prepared jars with hot jam and roll them up.
