- Water - 5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beets, cut off the edges and place them in a saucepan with cold water.
Boil for 2 hours, cool and peel.
Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
Add sugar, salt, spices, oil and vinegar.
Sterilize for 10 minutes and roll up.
