Ingredients
- Apricots - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the apricots and cut the halves into slices.
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Put the apricots in it, bring it to a boil again and boil for another 5 minutes.
Let the workpiece cool down, bring it to a boil again and boil for 5 minutes.
Repeat this step 1-2 more times, according to the consistency of the jam.
Roll the amber jam into sterilized jars.
