Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Water - 120 ml
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plums and randomly slice the fruits.
Send them to the bowl of a slow cooker with water and sugar.
Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45 minutes.
Stir the jam periodically.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
