Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots and peaches into halves and remove the pits.
Arrange the fruits in sterile jars, and cover with sugar.
Pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes under the lids and drain the syrup.
Boil it again, pour it back into the jars for 10 minutes, and drain again.
Boil the syrup for the last time, pour and roll up the compote.
