Smoked pea soup is a classic, and the same goes for pureed soups. I advise you to add smoked meat during cooking, and only then when serving in small whole pieces as a decoration.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 150 g
- Smoked meat - 150 g
- Peas - 2 glasses
- Water - 1.5 l
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas in advance, rinse and boil over low heat until soft.
Add chopped vegetables and all smoked meats to it in large chunks.
After 20 minutes, take out the smoked meat, and boil everything else for the same amount.
Season the soup and chop it with a blender. Add the chopped smoked meats and serve.
