Tomatoes in their own juice with garlic for winter

Every year I close tomatoes in their own juice with garlic for the winter. I can no longer imagine how you can do without this blank. I serve vegetables on the table, and I use tomato juice to prepare sauces, roasts and many other dishes.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 8 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tsp.
- Citric acid - 2 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the peeled garlic and half of the tomatoes in the prepared jars.
Pass the remaining vegetables through a juicer.
Mix the resulting juice with sugar, salt, citric acid and a mixture of peppers.
Boil for 5 minutes and pour into jars with tomatoes.
Sterilize for 15 minutes, roll up and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
