Ingredients
- Pear (immature) – 350 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the pears and put them in a clean jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, boil it again and pour it for another 20 minutes.
Drain again, add sugar to it, boil until dissolved and pour back in.
Roll up the jar for the winter.
