Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 2 head
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 1 bag
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Flip into a colander and let cool.
Thinly slice the onion and carrot, and mix all the ingredients.
Leave the workpiece for 3-4 hours and mix periodically.
Place the cabbage tightly in clean, dry jars. Add boiling water if necessary.
Sterilize the jars for 15 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
