In winter we all dream of sunny tastes and aromas, and pickled vegetables are the best solution to the problem. Especially, Korean-style vegetables, which always turn out to be bright and spicy in every sense. Catch an unusual recipe for Korean cauliflower for winter.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 2 head
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Spices and seasonings (for Korean carrots) – 1 bag
  • Vinegar - 60 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 60 ml
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and boil for 5-7 minutes in boiling water. Flip into a colander and let cool.

Thinly slice the onion and carrot, and mix all the ingredients.

Leave the workpiece for 3-4 hours and mix periodically.

Place the cabbage tightly in clean, dry jars. Add boiling water if necessary.

Sterilize the jars for 15 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
