Ingredients

  • Pear - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 150 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pears into quarters, peel off the seeds and stalks.

Chop the fruit in a blender or use a meat grinder.

Add sugar, mix well and leave for 1-1.5 hours.

Bring the mass to a boil over low heat, pour in lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

Fill the prepared jars with hot jam, roll them up and wrap them with a thick towel for a day.
