Ingredients
- Apples - 5 pieces
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice, add water and boil for 10 minutes.
Chop the apples into puree in any way.
Add chopped hot pepper, garlic and other ingredients.
Boil the sauce for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
If desired, rub it through a sieve.
Roll the sauce into sterilized jars.
