Ingredients
- Strawberries - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the washed strawberries without tails with sugar and leave for an hour.
Simmer it for another half hour, stirring.
Let it cool down a little and chop the jam with a blender.
Bring to a boil again, add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
