If you like all kinds of mushroom dishes and snacks, you should probably try to cook a couple of jars of caviar from butter for the winter. Firstly, this is a great way to put a fresh crop into action. Secondly, it's just very tasty.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Rinse and sort the mushrooms, and boil for 20 minutes in boiling water.

Allow the butter to cool in a colander, and then pass through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry them until soft.
