I recommend using small and slightly unripe fruits for this recipe. Pickled plums with garlic can be cooked without sterilization. The method of double filling is quite sufficient. And to keep the workpiece longer, I add apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large pieces.

Put garlic, spices and plums in jars.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and set aside for 30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, salt and bring to a boil again.

Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and pour into jars.

Roll up the plums with garlic, wrap them well with a thick towel and leave for a day.
