Ingredients

  • Rosehip - 400 g
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 260 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the rosehip.

Boil water with sugar and pour the rosehip syrup.

Bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Let the workpiece cool for a couple of hours and cook for another 5 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
