Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 kg
- Dried apricots - 400 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, cover with sugar and shake. Leave it for 2 hours.
Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Add the washed and chopped dried apricots, and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice and cook the jam for another 5 minutes.
Pour it into sterile jars.
