Remove the seeds from the cherry. Leave the berries this way or pass through a meat grinder - if desired.

Mix the pectin and 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Add the rest of the sugar to the cherry and bring the billet to a boil.

Boil it for 5 minutes and let it cool. And again.

Bring to a boil for the third time. Add the pectin, stir and boil the jelly for another 5 minutes until thick.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
