I like to use parsley in cooking, but when the season ends, I make preparations for the winter. I recently discovered a simple way to preserve parsley without sterilization in jars. Delicious and fresh, it is useful for decorating and flavoring dishes throughout the winter.

Ingredients

  • Parsley - 500 g
  • Garlic - 5 teeth
  • Water - 800 ml
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Salt - 50 g
  • Vinegar - 150 ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Finely chop the parsley with garlic and spread it over the soda-washed jars.

Boil the water with all the other ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.

Pour in the parsley and roll it up for the winter.
