Have you gathered a rich harvest of red currants and now you don't know what to cook from it? There are many options, but I want to offer this recipe among the first. Red currant jam without sterilization is a great way to preserve healthy berries.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the red currant berries from the brushes and rinse thoroughly.

Pass the currants through a meat grinder or chop them in a blender.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 2-3 hours.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and put it aside for a couple of hours.

Put the pan on the fire again, add citric acid and cook for another 5 minutes.

Fill the prepared jars with hot jam and roll them up.
