- Gooseberry - 500 g
- Raspberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the gooseberries on the stove, cook until soft and mash with a pusher.
Add raspberries and bring to a boil.
Grind everything through a sieve and add sugar.
Bring to a boil again and cook the jelly for about half an hour, stirring, over low heat.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
