Wild pear is not too suitable for eating it just like that. But in culinary experiments, she can be surprisingly good. Today I will tell you how to cook a wonderful homemade jam from it. A little time and patience – and the preparation will delight you all season.

Ingredients

  • Pear (wild) – 1.2 kg
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pears and cut into slices.

Boil water with sugar, boil the syrup for 5 minutes and put the pears in it.

Bring to a boil again and boil for another 10 minutes.

Remove the jam from the heat, let it cool and boil again for 10 minutes.

Repeat the previous step 1-2 more times, according to consistency.

Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
