If you like compotes for the winter, you should definitely try this version of white grapes. It is quite unusual, and at the same time very simple and affordable. I use different varieties, it doesn't matter – with or without bones. If the variety is very sweet, take less sugar.
Ingredients
- Grapes (white) – 600 g
- Sugar - 400 g
- Water - 2-3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pluck the grapes from the twigs and arrange them in sterilized jars.
Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.
Pour the grapes again and roll up the compote.
