Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices.
Boil the syrup from water and sugar, pour over the apples and let cool.
Bring the billet to a boil and cook the jam on low heat for about an hour until thick.
