If you don't like jam too sweet, then this recipe is especially for you. The combination of red currant, orange and lemon cannot be cloying simply by nature. And this recipe requires a minimum of effort and culinary skills.
Ingredients
- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Carnation (ground) – 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Tear the currant from the twigs, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Add lemon and orange juice.
Bring the billet to a boil and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add cloves and roll the jam into sterilized jars for the winter.
