Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into small circles.
Peel the garlic and chop it.
Boil water, add turmeric, mustard seeds, sugar, salt and chopped vegetables.
Boil for 10 minutes from the moment of re-boiling, pour in the vinegar and immediately remove from the heat.
