Cut onion and tomatoes into slices, add water and boil for half an hour.

Grind the mass with a blender and grind through a sieve.

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil again.

Cook the soup for 40-60 minutes on low heat until thick.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
